Bethenny Frankel’s ex-husband is ready to take a dismissal deal in his stalking case, sources told the Daily News on Saturday.
The former “Real Housewives of New York” spouse, Jason Hoppy, could cop a plea on Monday and have the case dismissed and sealed after six months of good behavior.
He would also have to steer clear of the 46-year-old “Skinny Girl” mogul.
Frankel is reportedly scared of what will happen at the end of the sixth month.
The Bravo reality TV star is still scared of Hoppy, TMZ reported Saturday.
Hoppy was arrested in January for allegedly sending his ex hundreds of harassing emails and Facebook messages.
“Despite your games, I’ll never let you do to me what your mother did to your father. I’ll never go away,” Hoppy allegedly wrote to Frankel last year after the couple split.
In October, the 47-year-old allegedly penned an ominous email.
“You left me no choice but to go to extremes and include your staff and current boyfriend…to try and get through to you,” he wrote.
The day of his arrest he told Frankel and her new boyfriend in person that she could lawyer up all she wanted, “there’s nothing you can do to stop me.”
Some messages were related to their 6-year-old daughter, Bryn.
“She loves me so much. It’s amazing the love a daughter has for her father and visa versa,” he wrote in another message, according to court papers.
Frankel, reportedly worth more than $55 million, and Hoppy separated in 2012 after two years of marriage and started divorce proceedings in 2013. Their divorce became official last year.
