An Oscar doesn’t lead to a sea of cash, apparently.
Casey Affleck, who took home the Academy Award for Best Actor for “Manchester by the Sea” this year, reportedly has a measly salary for a star, according to his divorce documents obtained by TMZ.
Affleck, 42, listed an income of $400,000 per year – while his big bro Ben earned a reported $43 million in 2016, according to Forbes.
Casey Affleck will front child support for his two children Indiana and Atticus, but his ex-wife Summer Phoenix, who he wed in 2006, will not receive spousal support, according to the gossip site.
The documents show he will pay $4,000 per month for the children and their private school tuition for the next two years.
Affleck faced criticism for his award nominations for “Manchester by the Sea” as he was accused of sexual harassment when directing the mockumentary “I’m Still Here” with his then brother-in-law Joaquin Phoenix in 2010.
Producer Amanda White and cinematographer Magdalena Gorka alleged Affleck and male crew members badgered them with unwanted sexual comments throughout the project.
Both women filed separate lawsuits against the actor and his legal team filed a counter claim which was settled outside of court for an undisclosed amount.
A rep for Affleck told The Wrap around award season that the case was settled to the satisfaction of both parties.
