After reviewing his financial disclosure forms, the Post reported that Kavanaugh carried between $60,000 and $200,000 in credit card and personal loan debt in 2006, when he was confirmed as a judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Washington’s baseball team relocated to Washington from Montreal in 2005, changing its identity from the Expos to the Nationals.
